I’ve been pregnant seven times. I’ve given birth seven times. I have seven children. We’re a family of nine, and stating that helps my heart every single time. He lived. The weight of his loss is felt every single day. It is a part of us. HE is a part of us. He IS a part of us. Every day. And some days the grief still roars in, heavy and strong, and grief demands a witness.
